Cancellation Policy

If you intend to make a return of goods, you must send a notification to the email address Clover GmbH, info@myclover.de, in which you should indicate the reason for the return and bank details from which payment was made for the return of the transferred funds. 

You can cancel the order/return the product within 14 calendar days following the day of its placement/receipt of the goods you ordered on the website of CLOVER and until it is sent to you.

In the case of prepayment/payment for the ordered goods, CLOVER returns the full price of the paid goods to you. All postage charges for a full refund are paid by CLOVER. In the event of a partial return of goods, CLOVER returns the value of the goods to you, minus those incurred in the partial return of postage.

If a gift has been added to the product, it must be returned with the product. At the same time, the gift should also not contain signs of operating, its saleable condition, as well as consumer properties, seals and factory packaging should be preserved.

If you have received a defective product, please immediately inform about it by sending a notification to the email of CLOVER GmbH  info@myclover.de, and return the product according to the procedure described in the paragraph “Return and Refund Terms” which is stated below.

CLOVER fully refunds the value of goods that are considered defective. The provisions of this agreement do not limit applicable legal rights.

Return and Refund Terms

CLOVER guarantees a full refund of any goods returned in accordance with the provisions of the paragraph (“Cancellation Terms”), provided that all goods should be returned in the same condition in which you received them. This means that the goods must not be damaged, contaminated, washed, changed or used (except for fitting), the factory packaging of the goods should not be broken

The return of the received goods is made by sending a mail parcel containing the returned goods to the company “CLOVERGROUP UKRAINE” LLC (49000 Ukraine, Dnepr Avenue Geroev 22b). You can return the ordered goods through the courier DHL EXPRESS. After you send the parcel with the returned goods, you should send a scan/photo copy of the DHL receipt (consignment note) for sending for further tracking by the track code in the DHL electronic system to the CLOVER GmbH company per email: info@myclover.de

The cost of the goods is returned to the same bank details that were used to pay it.

The return of the value of the goods is made in the following order:

  • when transferring a prepayment and canceling the order until the goods are dispatched from the Manufacturer’s warehouse within 15 banking days after receiving your notification of order cancellation;
  • when cancelling of the order after sending the goods from the Manufacturer’s warehouse to your address within 15 banking days from the receipt of the package with the returned goods by “CLOVERGROUP UKRAINE” LLC
